As a Trainee, you will apply for an internship with a participating company. Designed for you to experience real life situations, you will go through the application process and practice your new skills in a business setting. Past participating firms have included: Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Hong Kong Seibu Enterprise, Cubiks, New World Renaissance Hotel and the Marco Polo Hotel. |

Regular field trips give you insight into numerous office situations. You will have the chance to compare how different companies work, meet professionals in different industries and develop your goals based on this exposure. Field trips have recently been diverse organisations such as TNT, Pine Technologies and the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel. |

Over at least two weeks, Trainees have the chance to experience working for a charity. This exposure to non-profit organisations is also intended to emphasize the importance of social responsibility in the work place. Charities include: Greenpeace, Orbis, Red Cross, Mother's Choice and Helping Hand. |
